Clients and employees are increasingly challenging businesses around their creation of social and economic meaning, purpose and relevance.

For their part, many businesses accept that to be sustainable and ‘future fit’ in this environment change is required in the form of culture, Employee Value Propositions, use of technology, corporate structures and even entire business models.

But the forces arrayed against change are immense. Internal power structures protect the status quo; industry regulation is difficult to navigate; technology evolution is impossible to keep pace with; traditional execution methodologies are slow and costly, and change is so complex it is impossible to ‘manage’.
