PURPOSE ACTIVATION

Actuate was briefed to develop a Change Management and Employee Engagement programme that would launch, and entrench V&A Waterfront's new organisational strategy, purpose and required culture.

Tactically, the comprehensive 11-month campaign included a launch event and accompanying collateral, a campaign video, environmental branding, an intranet information hub and facilitated Café Conversation sessions with all staff to entrench the purpose and strategy.
