GROWN FROM THE GRASSROOTS UP

At Actuate, we believe in bringing great people together to make a positive impact on the universe. Our partnership with IkamvaYouth demonstrates this perfectly, and is captured in the 2019 Annual Report we created with this incredible organisation. 

Since 2003, IkamvaYouth has grown from one branch to more than fifteen, supporting over 5000 students a year. Committed to helping disadvantaged youth pull themselves out of poverty and into tertiary education or employment, IkamvaYouth has co-created many of the programmes with students and tutors. In addition to providing academic tutoring, psycho-social support and career guidance, IkamvaYouth also offers a safe space for students after school.
