WATERFALL CHANGE MANAGEMENT
In April 2020, Deloitte set up their new head office in Waterfall City, Gauteng. The consolidation of their Johannesburg and Pretoria offices into one head office brought together approximately 3 700 people into a single building.
Internally, the move and consolidation presented an opportunity to change company culture. In bringing nine separate offices into one, the intent was to break down the physical and operational silos to create opportunities to collaborate and cohabitate.
Actuate was tasked with developing a creative strategy and concept that would lead their change management and employee marketing campaign. Let’s co!

Prior to the move, employees of Deloitte were unanimous in their perception that there was insufficient collaboration across verticals. Our post campaign survey revealed that 77% of respondents believed the move to Waterfall would enhance collaboration at Deloitte.
